Dear Parents,
The journey of starting Hana The Happy School stems from my unwavering passion for creating a transformative space for early learning. I envisioned a school where every child feels loved, empowered, and inspired to grow not just academically but holistically.
The name "Hana," meaning blossom/flower in Japanese, reflects my dream of nurturing young minds to thrive like flowers in a garden, rooted in compassion and curiosity. I was driven by the desire to offer more than a conventional play school a place where children learn through experiences, nature, and meaningful connections.
Our tagline, “The Happy School,” reflects my belief that happiness is the foundation of a child’s growth. As a founder and a parent, I aspired to create a place where joy becomes an essential and natural part of children’s lives. For me, happiness is not just a philosophy it’s the greatest gift we can give our children as they begin their journey in life.
Our school’s farm-based environment, innovative curriculum, and vibrant 1.75 acre campus embody my belief that learning should be joyful and immersive. Here children are free to run, explore, and play in a natural environment. Also, interacting with animals and birds on the farm teaches them empathy and kindness towards other living beings, fostering a deep sense of respect and responsibility.
By integrating global education practices with values like empathy and independence, we aim to raise not just learners but thoughtful individuals.
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child’s incredible journey.
